
COPE2Thrive provides all-inclusive evidence-based programs/curriculum (including instructor training and materials) delivered using standardized student manuals and concepts, ensuring that all components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are covered with students despite any differences in an instructor’s background, experience, or method of delivery. I have taught both the child and teen versions of COPE, and have found it to be a creative and accessible format for teaching coping skills and resilience. Our data showed that over 90% of students who went through COPE felt that they learned healthy coping skills as well as new ways to deal with their thoughts and feelings. The variety of activities make COPE a pleasure to teach, and I believe that it is helpful in building self-esteem and empowering children to make positive choices when they face stress. COPE is an excellent program and I am proud to teach it!

This package includes all program delivery training and materials required for one medical professional to deliver the COPE2Thrive manual-based program to 25 children or teens and our online self-delivered program for three teens. Program instructor training typically takes less than five hours to complete and materials are delivered upon completion of training (and receipt of payment).
COPE programs can be delivered in person or online in healthcare settings. We encourage you to consider what makes sense for your setting.
Remote & Online Delivery

- Three options for hard-copy student manual/workbook purchases and deliveries (prepayment is required):
- Parent of student or patient can purchase manuals for shipment directly to their homes.
- School or Provider can purchase for shipment to their school or facility to distribute to student or patient.
- School or Provider can purchase for shipment to student’s or patient’s homes
